FAQs

  • How can I submit a claim in case an accident occurs?
    You can submit a claim by filling the claim form which can be downloaded from our website and attach the detailed medical reports and the original invoices to it, then send it by e-mail to customerservice@al-nisr.com.
  • Can I make an amendment on my personal accidents insurance policy?
    You can request the amendment by sending the request to the e-mail customerservice@al-nisr.com before at least two months of the next policy anniversary, and the amendment will take effect on the next anniversary date.
  • Does my policy cover the medical expenses resulting from my stay in the hospital due to an accident?
    Yes, but it is an optional cover that can be added to the policy covers and will result in an additional premium.
  • What happens to the policy if I did not pay the premium?
    The policy will be automatically cancelled by the company after the grace period and you will be notified in writing by sending an official letter to your mail address.
